Lisa Ratcliff is the Regional Manager for Forest City Denver and Dallas, where she oversees leasing, management, budgeting and customer service for the company’s multi-family Denver/Dallas properties.
Mrs. Ratcliff began her career with Forest City in 2010 as the General Manager of Mercantile Place in Dallas. During her time as Manager, she completed the lease up of a 501-unit, three-property campus, while growing the community’s revenue year over year. She was promoted to the Regional Manager for Denver and Dallas in April of 2012, where she oversees the performance of 12 properties and 1,828 units.
Additionally, Mrs. Ratcliff is focused on community service. Her region’s employees consistently volunteer in the community by working with the Texas Food Bank, Salvation Army and many other charitable organizations. Her passion is to serve others, and she makes it a priority to engage her team members in charitable efforts on a quarterly basis.
Prior to joining Forest City, Mrs. Ratcliff worked as a Property Manager at Gables Residential for four years, where she trained and on boarded new associates as well as worked on the disposition and acquisition of properties team.
A native of Dallas, Mrs. Ratcliff received a degree in criminal law with a double minor in sociology and psychology from the University of North Texas in 1998.
